Is there really no cost to participants?
Absolutely none. Full tuition, laptop, and support are 100% covered through our sponsor partnerships. Participants keep their laptops upon achieving 85% program completion. The only requirement is commitment to complete the training and engage with the mentorship program.
How does the Christian mentorship work?
Each participant is paired with an experienced Christian technology professional from around the world based on career interests and personality compatibility. Mentors provide monthly video calls, technical guidance, career counseling, spiritual encouragement, and professional networking opportunities throughout and beyond the training period.
Can I choose my training program and institution?
Yes! During the application process, we help match you with the most suitable program among our partner institutions based on your interests, career goals, and aptitude. Options include software development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, data science, and other high-demand technology fields.
What if I have no prior tech experience?
Perfect! Our programs are designed for beginners with basic computer literacy. We provide foundational training through our partner institutions, and our global mentors help bridge any knowledge gaps. Passion, commitment, and willingness to learn matter more than prior technical experience.
What are my chances of getting a job after completion?
We target a 75% job placement rate within 6 months of program completion. Our graduates typically see a 300% salary increase. We provide comprehensive job placement support including resume development, interview preparation, employer connections, and ongoing career counseling through our mentor network.
What happens if I don't complete the program?
We provide extensive support to ensure your success, including mentorship, technical assistance, and personal guidance. However, if you don't achieve the 85% completion rate, you may need to return the laptop. Our goal is your success, so we work hard to prevent this scenario through comprehensive support systems.
